"Chastity quickly and efficiently took for action an unresolved issue regarding a low mileage discount request. She researched the request, identified the problem, presented all the available options, allowing to make an informed decision. Within less than 24 hours she updated my policy in time for discount to take effect on the new insurance coverage period. She also took the initiative to work with the insurance underwriters to try and backdate my low mileage discount to the original date of inquiry. A great all-around experience. "I came across Matt’s State Farm agency by chance when doing one of those online cheap insurance searches. I’ve used his agency for a few years now and sure I have multiple local State Farm agents around me and have been asked why don’t I just switch to a local agent due to the fact Matt is 3 1/2 hours away from me but this agency has always been really good at everything they do. They’ve found me great deals with different types of insurance needs that even I didn’t think of or think I needed but these guys found deals and saving in adding them to my acct. Some even actually lowering my auto insurance and monthly premiums even though I added things. So I definitely would recommend using these guys they will look out for you and your family in anyway they can."
